India Signing Hands is looking for a creative all-rounder who can bring stories, ideas and information to life through videos, photography and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot Instagram Reels, short films, interviews, news content and behind-the-scenes videos using smartphones and professional cameras.

Conceptualise and execute creative visual stories for ISH’s digital platforms.

Edit daily news videos, short films, reels and other digital content using Adobe Premiere, Canvas, and other editing tools.

Design graphics, social media creatives, posters, thumbnails, infographics and visual assets.

Use AI tools and effective prompting for generating creative content, images, 3D animations, videos and design elements.

Work closely with the signing,



production and content teams to create engaging and accessible content for Deaf and hearing audiences.

Bring fresh ideas, explore new formats and stay updated with digital content and visual storytelling trends.

What We’re Looking For

Solid creativity, visual storytelling and camera-handling skills.

Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools.

Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and prompting.

Understanding of Instagram, YouTube and digital content trends.

A proactive individual who enjoys learning Indian Sign Language and being part of the Deaf community.
