Role & responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective students and parents.

- Counsel students regarding career opportunities in the Beauty, Makeup, Hair Styling, Cosmetology and VFX industries.

- Explain course details, duration, fees, curriculum and career opportunities.

- Understand students' career interests and recommend suitable courses.

- Address parents' queries and provide appropriate career guidance.

- Generate admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

- Schedule student and parent visits to the academy.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

- Maintain student enquiry databases and daily follow-up reports.

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.

- 03 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, inside sales or educational sales.

- Candidates with experience in education institutes, training academies or skill development centres will be preferred.
