Winter Timings (October–March): 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Summer Timings (April–September): 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and highly motivated female candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as a Study Abroad Counselor. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in the study abroad consultancy industry and a good understanding of international education processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and guide them in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries.
- Provide accurate information about admission requirements, application procedures, visa processes, and documentation.
- Handle student inquiries and follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
- Assist students with university applications,



documentation, and admission-related procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Stay updated on international education policies, university requirements, and visa guidelines.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in study abroad consultancy.
- Good knowledge of study destinations such as the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and other international education destinations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and solid interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling, negotiation, and student-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple student inquiries and work towards targets.
