- Graduate in any discipline; a business or marketing qualification is an advantage.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, real estate, interiors, building materials or relationship management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident in meeting business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable with local travel and regular field meetings.
- Valuable negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email and CRM tools.
- Existing connections with architects, builders or property consultants will be an advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
