Role Description

This is a part-time, Copywriter/Website Manager remote role. The role involves planning, writing, and editing clear, compelling copy for websites, landing pages, product pages, press releases, and marketing campaigns that support Exponent Ventures’ AI and automation solutions. The Copywriter/Website Manager will manage website content and structure, update pages and navigation, and ensure consistent brand voice, accessibility, and search-friendly formatting.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams,



translating technical concepts into user-friendly messaging, proofreading and quality-checking all published content, and monitoring site performance to recommend content improvements. The role also includes coordinating content calendars, aligning website messaging with ongoing campaigns, and supporting the Triage AI healthcare division with tailored digital content as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Writing and Proofreading skills to create accurate, compelling, and polished content.
- Candidates should possess Press Releases and Marketing skills to develop targeted communications and support campaign initiatives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should have experience managing website content, CMS tools (e.g., WordPress or similar), and basic SEO best practices.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate complex, technical topics into clear, audience-friendly messaging, ideally in tech or healthcare-related fields.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing, and performance tracking for web content is a plus.
