Are you a recent graduate with excellent English communication skills and an interest in interacting with international stakeholders?
NIIT is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our International Vendor Management team. This role offers an opportunity to coordinate with overseas vendors, build professional relationships, and gain exposure to global business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with international vendors through emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Support vendor onboarding, registration, documentation, and database management.
- Maintain vendor records, contracts, pricing details, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve vendor-related queries.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and vendor comparison sheets using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication with global business partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with international stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
