Chief Operating Officer (COO) – E-commerce & Expansion

We are seeking an experienced and strategic COO to scale our e-commerce operations and drive business expansion. You will serve as the right hand to the Founders, overseeing day-to-day operations while executing strategies to enter new markets, optimise supply chains, and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations, including supply chain, logistics, fulfilment, and customer experience to ensure seamless delivery.
- Growth & Expansion: Lead the strategy for entering current markets (domestic/international) and launching new product lines or sales channels (e.g., retail, marketplaces).
- E-commerce Optimisation: Continuously improve the e-commerce infrastructure, technology stack, and operational workflows to support scaling.
- Financial Performance: Manage P&L; for operations, optimising unit economics, inventory turnover,



and operational costs
- Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional heads (Logistics, Marketing, Tech) to align them with company growth goals.

The Ideal Candidate

- Experience: 5+ years in operations or executive leadership within the E-commerce or D2C sector.
- Scaling Track Record: Proven experience scaling a business.
- Strategic & Tactical: Ability to build high-level strategy while diving deep into supply chain or technical issues when necessary.
- Data-Driven: Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, Contribution Margin) and how to influence them.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
