Hiring: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Executive

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can plan and optimize landing page experiences to improve lead quality and conversions.

Responsibilities:

- Understand client business goals and campaign requirements.
- Research target audiences, customer behaviour and buying intent.
- Plan conversion-focused page sections and content flow.
- Recommend suitable CTAs, enquiry forms, offers and trust elements.
- Identify customer objections and improve conversion opportunities.
- Prepare landing page strategy documents for client approval.
- Explain recommendations and make revisions based on feedback.





Requirements:

- Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO traffic.
- Knowledge of conversion planning and lead qualification.
- Strong research, writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind page recommendations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
