We are looking for passionate and skilled culinary professionals to join our growing kitchen team.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. Commi 1 – Continental

- Good knowledge of Continental cuisine.
- Ability to handle kitchen sections independently.
- Expertise in food preparation, cooking and plating.
- Maintain food quality, consistency and hygiene standards.
- Guide and support junior kitchen staff.

2. Commi 2 – Continental

- Basic to valuable knowledge of Continental cooking.
- Experience in handling daily kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of sauces, pasta, salads and basic Continental preparations.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

3. Commi 3 – Continental

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation.




- Knowledge of vegetable cutting, mise en place and basic cooking.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in a Continental kitchen preferred.
- Passion for food and culinary creativity.
- Teamwork and discipline.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

LOCATION: Pune (Baner) SALARY: As per experience and skills.
