Commis / Brew Master / Bartender**

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented candidates to join our outlet teams as Commis, Brew Master, or Bartender. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food & beverages, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant/café environment.

Key Responsibilities

Commis

- Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and hygiene of food ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock rotation.

Brew Master

- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per established recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and brewing equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.




- Provide a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to guests.

Bartender

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
- Ensure responsible handling and storage of beverages and bar supplies.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Deliver courteous and efficient service to guests.
- Follow all applicable company policies and legal requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, bar, hotel, or QSR environment is preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and team-oriented.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good grooming and hygiene standards.
