Rahul Jain is a finance and business content creator with 2M+ followers across social media platforms and 75M+ YouTube views generated over the past year. We are hiring two Content Distribution & Growth Associates to turn our long-form library into short-form content and push it across platforms.
This is a role for someone who watches a lot of short-form content, has opinions about why some clips travel and others do not, and wants to test those opinions on a real audience.
What you will do
- Repurpose our existing long-form videos and podcasts into short-form content
- Identify the interesting clips, stories and moments inside existing content
- Distribute content across YouTube, Instagram and other platforms
- Experiment with formats, hooks and distribution strategies
- Find creative ways to increase reach, engagement and audience growth
- Track what works and feed those learnings back into the next batch
Who should apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Graduate and above
- Fluent in both English and Hindi
- Creative minds who enjoy experimenting with ideas and formats
- Solid communication and execution skills
- Genuine interest in content, podcasts and social media
