Key Responsibilities:

A. Create & Perform:

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
- Take part in video shoots and appear on camera for brand content.

B. Research & Ideate:
- Research trending topics, viral Reels, memes, and creative content formats.
- Brainstorm original ideas around finance, business, careers, and student life.
- Track social media trends and suggest creative ways to lift engagement.

C. Write:
- Write engaging video scripts, hooks and captions.
- Shape each idea into a format that fits the platform and the audience.

D. Plan & Produce
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute content shoots.
- Help with basic video editing in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.

Other requirements

- You are confident and comfortable speaking and performing in front of the camera.
- You are interested in creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- You understand social media trends and content well.
- You have solid communication and storytelling skills.
- You are enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn.
- No prior work experience needed. Freshers are welcome and the craft gets built on the job.
