Divya Aradhana is looking for a creative, passionate and result-oriented Content Creator & Performance Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, create engaging content and promote our activities, campaigns and products across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Video Editing

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Shoot and edit creative videos for social media.
- Create promotional videos for our products and campaigns.
- Write attractive captions, scripts and social media content.
- Develop creative storytelling content.
- Follow the latest social media trends and create engaging content.

2. Performance Marketing & Digital Advertising

- Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate quality leads and improve conversions.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing.
- Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.
- Work towards increasing brand awareness, product sales and audience engagement.

3. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Increase followers, reach and organic engagement.
- Research trending topics,



hashtags and competitor activities.
- Maintain consistent branding across all social media platforms.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Graphic designing knowledge (Canva or Photoshop).
- Good understanding of social media algorithms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Creative thinking and good communication skills.

Experience & Qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and creative skills can also apply.
- Graduation or relevant digital marketing certification preferred.
- Candidates must be able to share their previous work or portfolio.

What We Are Looking For We need someone who can independently create content, shoot and edit videos, design creatives, run paid advertising campaigns and generate measurable marketing results.
