The studio creates and publishes entertaining, kid-friendly videos, including hundreds of 2D nursery rhymes and high-quality 3D rhymes in English and other languages, across multiple platforms and devices. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Distribution and Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the distribution of Videogyan’s content across digital platforms, broadcasters, and other partners, ensuring optimal reach and alignment with business goals. The person in this role will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, negotiate distribution agreements, and maintain relationships with existing partners and clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports,



coordinating with internal production and marketing teams, and supporting promotional campaigns to drive viewership and revenue. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and platform requirements to continually enhance Videogyan’s content presence.

Qualifications

- Strong content distribution and media licensing skills, including experience with digital platforms, broadcasters, and OTT services.
- Sales and business development skills, such as lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Marketing and promotional skills, including understanding of digital marketing, audience growth strategies, and basic analytics.
- Relationship management and communication skills to build and sustain long-term partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in media, entertainment, animation, or kids’ content sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working with data and reports, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and propose improvements.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, creative workplace on-site in Bengaluru.
