Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive haematopathological analysis and provide expert interpretation of laboratory tests.
- Perform routine and specialized tests in haematology, biochemistry, and pathology with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained across all testing procedures.
- Oversee and manage laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide emergency support and timely clinical documentation to support patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discuss test results and contribute to patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Engage in phlebotomy procedures as required, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in haematopathology to enhance laboratory practices and patient outcomes.
