Designation: MD Dermatologist Department: Dermatology / Skin & Hair

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Managing Directors

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MD Dermatologist to provide comprehensive skin and hair consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and hands-on clinical procedures. The doctor will also be responsible for managing hair transplant procedures from consultation to post-operative follow-up, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Skin & Hair Consultation

- Conduct detailed consultations for skin, hair, and scalp-related concerns.
- Assess patient history, clinical condition, and treatment requirements.
- Diagnose dermatological and hair-related conditions within the scope of practice.
- Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care to patients.
- Prepare individualized treatment plans based on patient requirements.

2. Skin Procedures & Treatments

- Have strong theoretical and practical knowledge of dermatology procedures and treatments.
- Perform hands-on skin procedures as per clinic protocols and clinical requirements.
- Manage procedures such as chemical peels, lasers, acne/pigmentation treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other dermatological procedures as applicable.
- Ensure proper patient preparation, consent, procedure execution, and post-procedure care.
- Monitor patient response and manage routine post-procedure concerns.

3. Hair & Scalp Treatments

- Evaluate hair loss, scalp conditions, and other hair-related concerns.




- Recommend appropriate medical and procedural treatment plans.
- Perform hands-on hair and scalp treatments as per clinical protocols.
- Monitor treatment progress and modify treatment plans when required.

4. Hair Transplant – End-to-End Management

- Manage the complete hair transplant process from initial consultation to post-operative follow-up.
- Assess patient suitability for hair transplantation and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
- Explain the procedure, expected results, risks, recovery, and aftercare to patients.
- Plan donor and recipient areas and coordinate the surgical procedure.
- Perform in hair transplant procedures as per qualifications, clinical protocols, and assigned responsibilities.
- Supervise the procedure team and ensure proper clinical coordination during surgery.
- Ensure proper patient preparation, OT readiness, hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control practices.
- Conduct post-operative review and provide appropriate aftercare instructions and follow-up.

5. Patient Care & Follow-Up

- Maintain a high standard of patient care and professional communication.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and monitor treatment outcomes.
- Address patient concerns professionally and provide appropriate guidance.




- Maintain accurate patient records, consultation notes, treatment plans, and procedure documentation.

6. Clinical & Team Responsibilities

- Follow all clinic SOPs, medical guidelines, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with therapists, technicians, counsellors, and other clinic staff.
- Guide junior doctors or clinical team members when required.
- Participate in clinical training and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled behaviour at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MD / DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Strong knowledge of clinical dermatology, aesthetic dermatology, trichology, and hair restoration.
- Hands-on experience in skin and hair procedures.
- Practical experience in end-to-end hair transplant procedures will be preferred.
- Strong patient consultation skills.
- Good communication, clinical judgement, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain proper clinical documentation and follow SOPs.
