Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee day-to-day concreting activities at our high-rise residential construction project. The candidate should have practical knowledge of concrete operations, site supervision, manpower coordination, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily concreting activities, including slab, beam, column, wall and foundation concreting.
- Coordinate concrete pouring, placing, compaction and curing activities.
- Monitor RMC supply, concrete pouring schedules and site readiness.
- Ensure proper use of concrete vibrators and other concreting equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers, RMC suppliers, labour contractors and QA/QC teams.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity during concreting activities.
- Ensure proper cube sampling and coordination for concrete quality testing.
- Maintain daily records of concrete consumption, pouring activities and manpower.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during all concreting operations.

Required Skills & Competencies





- Practical knowledge of concreting activities in building construction.
- Understanding of RMC, concrete pouring, vibration and curing.
- Ability to manage site labour and coordinate with different teams.
- Knowledge of basic construction drawings and site execution.
- Valuable coordination, communication and supervision skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in residential or high-rise building construction will be preferred.
- Experience in slab, beam, column and shear wall concreting will be an added advantage.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
