As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work on cutting-edge data analytics and machine learning problems across various industries. You will seamlessly switch between the roles of an Individual Contributor, team member, and data science manager as demanded by each project.Key Responsibilities

- Lead and contribute to developing sophisticated machine learning models, especially in Computer Vision.
- Evaluate and assimilate cutting-edge developments in computer vision to provide solutions to business problems.
- Build and maintain high-competency Data Science teams specializing in Computer Vision.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for analytics-driven solutions, and communicate findings clearly and promptly.
- Take ownership of end-to-end model development, from problem definition and data exploration to model training, validation, and deployment.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to integrate computer vision solutions into business processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science, bringing creative ideas to the team and contributing to continuous improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience: 7+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a team leadership role.
- Core Expertise: Expert-level Python skills and hands-on model development experience for Regression, Classification, and Computer Vision tasks.
- Computer Vision: 6+ years of experience in Computer Vision, with hands-on expertise in Object Detection, Image Classification, Image Processing, etc.
- Project Track Record: Played a major role in at least three computer vision projects.
- Libraries & Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with Python packages such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, etc. Adept at developing computer vision models utilizing PyTorch and Keras as required.
- Deployment & Cloud: Knowledge of best practices for deploying computer vision models in a production environment, along with experience using hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Management & Soft Skills: Demonstrated competence in team and project management, alongside strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and diverse organizational stakeholders.
- Nice to Have: Software engineering and product development experience. Publications and open-source contributions are strongly recommended.
