Concept Designer – Brand Experiences

Pravaas turns places into destinations. We plan, design, build and operate experiences for India's leading infrastructure developers.
Turn ideas into pitches, fast. You'll create concepts for brands and clients, starting with brand experiences at Navi Mumbai International Airport.
What you'll do
– Generate current experience and activation ideas for brands at NMIA and other Pravaas sites
– Build pitch decks, concept boards, AI renders and mood films, often in days, not weeks
– Work with the Design Director and Founder to shape new project concepts
– Spot brand opportunities and turn them into proposals the NMIA business team can sell
You bring
– An ideas person who can also make them look real
– Fluent in AI tools: Midjourney or similar, Runway, ChatGPT or Claude, Figma
– Fast, with strong taste and comfort iterating overnight
– 3–6 years in experiential, advertising, brand or spatial design
– Bonus if you know OOH, retail or airport environments
– Portfolio required. Show us ideas, not just executions
