: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile or relevant technical qualification

Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines such as CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines.
- Perform machine setup, tool changing and workpiece loading/unloading.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
- Maintain product quality and follow production standards.
- Identify basic machine issues and report technical problems.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations.
- Hands-on experience with CNC Turning or Milling.
- Knowledge of CNC controllers such as Fanuc or Siemens is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes.
