What you’ll do:
- Ensure adherence to IFSC regulations, reporting, and audit readiness
- Embed a compliance-first culture across business processes
- Build distribution partnerships and client relationships to scale offshore offerings
What we’re looking for
- CA / CS / LLB / MBA
- 7-10 years of experience, including 2+ years in GIFT City
- Working knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations, Companies Act, FEMA, and PMLA
- Solid drafting skills, plus the commercial mindset to balance regulation with business goals
