Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and other relevant laws governing NBFCs.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to the relevant authorities.
- Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

Job Requirements :

- Qualified CA/CS.
- 7-14 years of experience in compliance management or a related field (NBFC).
- Solid understanding of SEBI regulations, RBI reporting requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proven track record of preparing complex regulatory reports accurately and on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Finance; MBA/PGDM preferred.
