- 510+ years of experience in IT staffing, vendor management, subcontractor management, contract administration, or a related function.

- Strong understanding of the IT staffing and subcontracting ecosystem.

- Hands-on experience managing MSA, SOW, Work Orders, Subcontractor Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and amendments.

- Strong understanding of contractual terms and commercial negotiations.

- Experience working with multiple subcontractor/staffing vendors simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of IT services compliance and vendor documentation requirements.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify contractual discrepancies.

- Ability to manage multiple agreements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.





- Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience maintaining contract trackers.

- Experience working with ATS, VMS, CRM, contract management, or vendor management systems is preferred.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
