Key Roles & Responsibilities

Youth Enrolment: Identify and mobilise eligible youth from rural and urban communities for various SEDI skill development programmes through household visits, community meetings, awareness campaigns and local institutional networks. Build relationships with Gram Panchayats, community leaders, schools, colleges and other stakeholders to generate prospective candidates. Counsel youth and their parents on available training courses, eligibility criteria, career opportunities and placement prospects.

Facilitate candidate registration, documentation and enrolment while ensuring a continuous pipeline of quality candidates for upcoming batches. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates to convert enquiries into actual enrolments and achieve the assigned enrolment targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
