We are looking for experienced professionals with hands-on exposure to Commercial Lending / Corporate Lending Operations.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of commercial and corporate lending operations.
- Experience in bilateral and syndicated loan processing.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end loan lifecycle, including loan documentation, facility setup, loan servicing and maintenance.
- Exposure to drawdowns, funding, repayments, interest calculations and loan amendments.
- Understanding of loan agreements, facility terms and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle operational queries, exceptions, reconciliations and escalations.
- Positive stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant Commercial Lending experience.
- Strong operational and process knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in lending operations is preferred.
