Vacancy in 3 Branches, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata

Position Summary:

We are seeking a commercially driven Commercial Chefs to grow sales of our dairy and bakery ingredients portfolio. The role is primarily focused on customer acquisition, account development and converting product trials into orders, supported by solid culinary and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilitie

- Drive sales and market penetration across hotels, restaurants, bakeries, patisseries and other foodservice accounts.
- Identify and acquire new customers, develop existing accounts and build relationships with chefs, purchase teamsand business owners.
- Work with the sales team to generate leads, present solutions, coordinate samples and trials, follow up and convert opportunities into orders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and application trials; develop recipes and provide technical guidance on product usage and troubleshooting.




- Achieve agreed sales targets, maintain opportunity and conversion updates, and share market and competitor insights.
- Represent our company and its brands at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events; travel across India as required.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma/degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Bakery or Patisserie.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a chef, preferably in bakery, pastry, patisserie or dairy applications.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer handling or a techno-commercial role is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills with a clear sales orientation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India - (in your respective region)basic MS Office and reporting skills.

Key Hiring Focus: We are looking for candidates who can generate business and close salesnot simply conduct chef demonstrations. Customer acquisition, account growth and sales conversion are essential; technical expertise must support these commercial objectives.. 3 positions respectively handling for North, South & Eastern region .
