Job Overview

Mavericks Landmark is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to manage commercial real estate sales and closures for exclusive mandate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling investors, corporate clients, channel partners and driving transactions from initial enquiry to final closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales and closures for commercial real estate projects under company mandates.
- Generate and manage prospective buyers, investors and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers and investors.
- Coordinate with developers for pricing, inventory, offers and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination from booking to final transaction closure.





Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.

Robust understanding of commercial properties, leasing and investment transactions.

Excellent negotiation, communication and client-handling skills.

Existing network of brokers, investors and corporate clients will be an advantage.

Ability to independently manage sales mandates and achieve targets.

Strong leadership and relationship management abilities.

Compensation & Work Details

Monthly Salary: ₹40,000

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Weekly Off: Monday

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Wakad, Pune

Additional Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives.

Performance Expectations The candidate will be responsible for driving commercial mandate sales, generating qualified prospects, conducting site visits and achieving successful closures while maintaining professional relationships with clients and developers.
