? Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, ITIs and educational institutions
- Coordinate with college management, faculty and placement teams
- Mobilize students for skill development, training and employability programs
- Organize student orientation, career counselling and awareness sessions
- Coordinate training programs, assessments and student engagement activities
- Facilitate placement drives, job fairs and employer interactions
- Support students with interview preparation and placement opportunities
- Maintain student and college data and ensure timely MIS/reporting
- Conduct regular visits to partner colleges and institutions
- Achieve assigned college engagement, student mobilization and placement targets

Requirements

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline




- 1–3 years of experience in college coordination, student mobilization, skill development, placement, education or CSR projects preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply
