Role Description The Collections Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end collections process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves monitoring portfolio performance, setting collection targets, and guiding the team to achieve recovery goals in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing collection strategies, tracking delinquent accounts, reviewing payment arrangements, and ensuring accurate documentation of all collection activities.



The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and lending partners to resolve disputes, mitigate risk, and improve collection efficiency.

The Collections

Manager will also analyze collection data, prepare reports for management, and recommend process improvements to enhance overall credit and collection performance.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in collections management, recovery strategies, and portfolio monitoring in financial services or lending environments.
- Solid understanding of credit processes, loan products (business, personal, MSME/SME, working capital, loan against property), and basic risk assessment principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of collection/CRM tools or loan management systems to track performance and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to handle customer interactions and resolve disputes professionally.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a collections team, set clear targets, and drive accountability and performance.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements related to collections and customer data handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; advanced certifications in credit or collections management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in collections or credit control within banks, NBFCs, or financial services companies is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
