Strong Collections Manager Profile with STPL / digital personal loan recovery and team-management depth

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years in collections, specifically in STPL (Short-Term Personal Loans), Digital Personal Loans, Consumer Lending, or Fintech/NBFC

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have led and managed collection teams to achieve monthly recovery and collection targets on a personal loan portfolio

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have developed and run collection strategies across delinquency/DPD buckets, and monitored portfolio performance (collection efficiency, bounce rates, overdue accounts, NPA trends)

Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have a strong understanding of DPD, delinquency,



bounce, overdue, recovery, roll-forward and NPA metrics in personal loan portfolios

Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have managed collection agencies/vendors and ensured process adherence, compliance, and fair collection practices

Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and prepared/presented collection MIS and portfolio performance reports
