Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle collections operations at the branch level.
- Intermediate level understanding of MS Office tools and data reporting.
- Open to System based working (Desktop only) and basic tech orientation.
- Manage cash handling.
- Follow process-driven and tech-driven collection systems.
- Interact with customers for collections.
- Band: GB01A/B.
- Reporting To: Branch Manager – Collections.
- Office timings for Regular employee: 7:00 am – 5:00pm with (2 hours break in between).
- Office timings for PWD employee: 8:30 am – 5:00pm with (2 hours break in between).
- Branch-based workplace involving cash handling and customer-facing activities.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Collections Officer Profile with branch-based operations and cash handling experience
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must be a Fresher or have past experience in collections
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience in branch-based collections involving cash handling and customer-facing interactions
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience supporting branch operations including disbursement initiation and document management
- Mandatory (Education): Must be a Graduate in Commerce, Arts, or Science
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have an intermediate level understanding of collections processes
- Mandatory (Skill 2):



Must be able to handle customer grievances and perform tele-calling
- Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have hands-on MS Office tools / advanced Excel and data reporting skills at an intermediate level
- Mandatory (Exclusion): Candidates who use a wheelchair are not eligible for this role.

- Mandatory (Language): Candidates must be proficient in the local language of their preferred work location.
- Mandatory (Certificate): A valid UDID Certificate is mandatory
- Mandatory (Note 1): Must be willing to work from the branch (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) and handle cash and customer-facing duties
- Preferred (Experience 1): Preferably resides within 5 Km of the branch location

Experience: up to 3 years · Work from office · 6 days a week · Notice period up to 30 days · Also in: Chennai, Amritsar, Ahmedabad
