Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a diligent and experienced professional to manage and recover Non-Performing Assets (NPA) within the Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) portfolios. The role demands a strategic approach to collections, ensuring timely recovery while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and a thorough understanding of financial products and recovery processes in the banking sector.Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement effective collection strategies for LAP and Home Loan NPAs to minimize financial losses.
- Monitor and analyze overdue accounts, identifying high-risk cases and prioritizing recovery efforts accordingly.
- Engage with customers through calls, meetings, and legal notices to negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
- Coordinate with legal teams to initiate recovery proceedings and manage auction processes for secured assets.




- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and recovery status in compliance with bank policies.
- Collaborate with credit and risk departments to assess account statuses and update recovery strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on collection performance, recovery rates, and portfolio health for senior management review.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards throughout the collection process.
- Train and mentor junior collection staff to enhance team effectiveness and knowledge of recovery procedures.
- Utilize collection management software and CRM tools to track and optimize recovery operations.
