Job Responsibilities

- Collect EMI payments from customers on time.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
- Conduct field visits for payment collection.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Maintain daily collection reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of collection experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of field collection activities.
