Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive role based in Rampur.

The Collection

Executive is responsible for following up with customers on overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues in line with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves monitoring accounts, updating collection status in internal systems, and coordinating with branch teams and credit control to resolve payment issues. The individual will handle customer queries professionally,



provide explicit information on dues and repayment options, and escalate complex cases as required.

The role also includes preparing basic reports on collection performance and contributing to continuous improvement in collection processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, with experience managing overdue accounts and recovery processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with customers, negotiate repayment, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review account histories, assess risk, and prioritize collection activities.
- Candidates should possess fundamental Finance knowledge to understand loan products, repayment structures, and compliance requirements.
- Relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services collections is preferred.
- Ability to work with basic MS Office and banking systems for data entry and report generation.
- Strong sense of integrity, adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines, and focus on customer fairness.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduation in any discipline; finance or commerce background is an advantage.
