Apollo Finvest is a publicly listed, tech-first NBFC. Think AWS, but for lending. We partner with fintechs to power digital loans across India, and we are now scaling Apollo Cash, our digital personal loan app.

We are looking for a Collections Associate to support collections operations and improve repayment performance through data analysis, agency management and effective borrower communication.

About our leadership

Mikhil Innani, former co-founder of PharmEasy and ex-Product Head at Hotstar, and Diksha Nangia, a former banker and CFA Charterholder.

What you will do

- Monitor collections performance and identify opportunities to improve recoveries.
- Manage collection agencies, including allocations, targets and performance reviews.
- Prepare MIS, analyse collections data and build dashboards using Excel, SQL or BI tools.




- Handle borrower escalations and coordinate with internal teams to improve processes.

This role is for you if you have
- At least 6 years of collections experience in NBFC/BFSI.
- Hands-on experience in Tele-collections operations and agency management.
- Robust analytical skills and experience with Excel, basic SQL or BI tools.
- Experience with collections campaigns, borrower communication and escalation handling.

• Masters/Bachelors in any field. This is a high-ownership collections role. We value candidates who can combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution.

Location

Andheri West, Mumbai. In-person, five days a week, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
