Key responsibilities

Support the Wealth Management Retail Margin client base ensuring trade activities and disbursements are managed properly and accurately to prevent potential exposure

- support UBS Bank USA with providing clients with Non-Purpose and Purpose loans
- collaborate with the business and credit risk to mitigate any potential financial and regulatory risk
- work with management to identify and to promote change in day to day processing tasks.
- meet operational, reporting and standards needs as part of providing services to facilitate risk mitigation or meet regulatory requirements
- partner with multiple groups including front office, technology, legal, credit risk and other operation team
- manage daily supervisory tasks to assure accuracy and completion of processing

The team

You’ll be working in the GWM Margin Operations team in Mumbai, INDIA focusing on Regulatory and Firm compliance for our Wealth Management US clients. As a Margin Collateral specialist, you’ll play an important role in risk management protecting the client and the firm from both financial and regulatory risk.

Your skills and experience

• preferred qualifications include a finance-related degree with 5 or more years of financial services operations experience
- knowledge of FRB Rule 220, REGT, and FINRA Rule 4210, plus robust analytical and organizational skills
- you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
