Requirements

- Good experience in the Collection & Recovery process.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Responsible for achieving monthly collection targets.
- Daily performance monitoring and reporting.
- Ability to handle team members and take ownership of targets.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates with prior Team Leader experience in the Banking / NBFC Collection process.
