About Us

We are an early-stage community organisation working towards creating a supportive ecosystem for neurodivergent entrepreneurs and aspiring founders. Our aim is to make entrepreneurship more accessible through mentorship, guidance, community-building, and connections to relevant opportunities and resources.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a committed and driven individual to join us as a Co-Founder and help shape and expand the organisation.

We are currently at an early stage, with a small team and plenty of groundwork ahead. This role involves contributing to strategic decisions, taking ownership of key initiatives, and helping build the organisation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop strategies for organisational growth and expansion.
- Identify and build partnerships with incubators, accelerators, institutions, and relevant organisations.
- Help build and expand the team and community.
- Explore opportunities for collaborations, outreach, and resource development.
- Contribute to shaping the organization's programs, initiatives, and long-term vision.
- Take an active role in overall organisational development.

Ideal Candidate




- Strong alignment with our mission and a genuine interest in neurodiversity and inclusive entrepreneurship.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into actionable initiatives.
- Robust communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in leadership, business development, community building, partnerships, or organisational operations would be an advantage.
- Willingness to take ownership, work independently, and commit consistently to building an organisation from the ground up.
