Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible VMC Operator to operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines and manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings, production requirements, and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor VMC machines for machining metal components.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform tool setting, tool changes, and basic tool offset adjustments.
- Inspect components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Identify machine abnormalities, tool wear, and quality issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain daily production records and achieve assigned production targets.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and 5S practices.

* Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
