We are looking for a skilled CNC-Service & Maintenance Engineer responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC machines. The candidate should ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, commission, and test CNC machines at site
2. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines
3. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
4. Troubleshoot CNC controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi, etc.)
5. Conduct alignment, calibration, and accuracy checks
6. Maintain service records and prepare reports
7. Support production team in minimizing downtime
8. Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and service support
9. Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed

Required Skills

1.



Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations
2. Experience with CNC controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi
3. Basic knowledge of PLC, drives, and servo systems
4. Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
5. Problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Positive communication and teamwork

Qualifications

1. Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
2. Relevant experience in CNC service or maintenance

Preferred Requirements

1. Experience in machine tool industry
2. Hands-on experience with VMC, HMC, Turning Centers
3. Willingness to travel for onsite service
