Key Responsibilities

- Programming &
- Design:

Create and modify 2D/3D parts, nesting layouts, and carving patterns using CAD/CAM software.

- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and analyze technical drawings, CAD files, and production specifications.

- Toolpath &

- Nesting Optimization:

Select appropriate router bit sizes, feed rates, cutting speeds, and material nesting arrangements to maximize sheet utilization.

- Machine Setup &

- Calibration:

Set up fixtures, secure workpieces, load tooling, and set reference or zero points on the CNC router.

- Trial Runs &

- Simulation:

Run computer simulations or dry tests to verify programs before live production.

- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check dimensions against tolerances.

- Troubleshooting &

- Maintenance:

Perform routine machine cleaning, calibration, and basic troubleshooting for mechanical or software glitches

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
