Tech Co-Founder & CTO

We are building an integrated offline media buying platform designed to transform the offline media buying experience by providing AI powered solutions, from offline hording booking to lift branding ,from Btl activation to gate branding services. Our mission is to streamline offline media planing and discovery digital ecosystem.

The Role

We are looking for a Tech Co-Founder & CTO to lead our technology vision and build our core platform from the ground up. You will act as the lead engineer and technical architect, making critical decisions on our tech stack, developing the initial product, and eventually scaling an in-house engineering team. This is a hands-on role where you will be writing code, designing architecture, and integrating systems to power our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development: Architect, build, and deploy the core web and mobile platforms for property listings, tenant matching, and interior service management.





Technical Strategy: Define the technology roadmap and select a scalable, modern tech stack suited for a high-growth startup.

System Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs, CRM workflows, and payment gateways into the core platform to automate sales and client communication.

Product Leadership: Collaborate closely on product strategy, user experience, and feature prioritization to ensure the technology tightly aligns with business goals.

Team Building: As the company scales, recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with exposure to building and scaling full-stack applications.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern web/mobile frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Flutter), database architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

Builder's Mindset: A proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1. You must be comfortable getting your hands dirty in the codebase as the primary individual contributor early on.

Domain Alignment: Ability to design productive tech solutions for real-world operational challenges in the proptech, property management, and co-living sectors.

Entrepreneurial Drive: High resilience, adaptability, and the long-term commitment required to build a startup.
