CNC Operator

Job Location: Kanuvai, Coimbatore

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: Gross Salary (ESI & PF deductions applicable)

We are looking for a CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines, ensure product quality, and meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
- Identify basic machine issues and report technical problems.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred.




- 0–3 years of experience in CNC machine operation.
- Freshers with basic CNC knowledge can also apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Salary & Additional Benefits

- Gross salary (ESI & PF deductions applicable).
- Attendance Incentive: ₹1,000 for zero leave.
- Production Incentive: ₹1,000–₹4,000 based on skills and performance.
- Overtime (OT): ₹150 per hour.

Working Hours

- Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
