- Machine Set up: load raw material, install tools , fixtures, and cutting attachments, and input or adjust programme.
- Operation & Monitoring: Run production cycles while observing machine performance for errors, tool wear, or unusual vibrations.
- Quality Inspection : check finished components against blueprints and engineering drawings using precision measuring tools like micrometers, calipers and guages.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine cleaning , transparent chips and debris, change dull inserts, and report mechanical faults.
- Documentation: Record production logs, part counts, and maintenance checks.
