– CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator

Job Summary

Responsible for operating CNC Laser Cutting Machines for sheet metal components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Set machine parameters, cutting speed, and power.
- Load and unload sheet metal materials.
- Perform laser cutting as per production plans.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and cutting quality.
- Check material thickness and cutting specifications.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Identify and report machine or cutting defects.
- Follow production targets and safety procedures.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in CNC Laser Cutting Machine operation.




- Knowledge of sheet metal materials (MS, SS, GI, Aluminum).
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming preferred.
- Ability to use measuring instruments.
- Valuable teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years in Sheet Metal / Fabrication Industry.
- Experience with CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
