Role Description The CNC Laser Machine Operator at VRS Universal is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandsaur. The operator will set up, program, and run CNC laser machines to cut, engrave, or shape materials according to technical drawings and job specifications.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, adjusting settings, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring safe operation of all equipment. The role also involves inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality, documenting production activities, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet output and quality targets.



The CNC Laser Machine Operator is expected to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including safe setup, programming, and operation of CNC laser equipment.
- Candidates should possess Machining and Milling skills to interpret technical drawings and produce parts to specification.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to measure, inspect, and verify finished components meet required standards.
- Candidates should possess general Machinery skills, including basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Relevant experience as a CNC operator, laser machine operator, or in a similar manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, work orders, and measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
- Attention to detail, positive manual dexterity, and strong problem-solving abilities in a production setting.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mandsaur and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Vocational training or certification in CNC machining, mechanical, or industrial trades is an advantage.
