Job Summary

Catalyst is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate CMA India Mentor to guide and train students pursuing the CMA (India) qualification offered by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. The candidate will be responsible for providing academic guidance, conducting mentoring sessions, resolving student queries, monitoring academic progress, and helping students achieve their examination goals.

Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide students pursuing CMA India Foundation, Intermediate, and Final courses.
- Provide academic support and subject-related guidance.
- Explain complex accounting, costing, taxation, auditing, and financial management concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, revision sessions, and examination preparation sessions.
- Help students develop effective study plans and examination strategies.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular academic feedback.
- Motivate students to maintain consistency and achieve their academic targets.
- Support students with mock tests, practice questions, and revision planning.




- Identify students who require additional academic support.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve student learning outcomes.

Requirements
- Qualified CMA India professionals preferred.
- CMA Finalists with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
- M.Com / MBA Finance candidates with relevant teaching experience may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Auditing, and Financial Management.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Prior experience in CMA India coaching or mentoring is an added advantage.

Location: Kannur District, Kerala Salary: ₹ 15000 - ₹ 30000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
