Cluster Head (Hospital Operations)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head to oversee hospital operations, manage multiple departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across assigned hospital units.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee overall hospital operations and administrative activities.
- Manage and coordinate multiple departments and teams.
- Ensure smooth workflow and quality patient care services.
- Monitor operational performance and improve efficiency.
- Handle staff management, team coordination, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and management.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address operational concerns.
- Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.





Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hospital operations or hospital administration is essential.
- Experience handling hospital teams or multiple units is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
