We are looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers to join our engineering team and contribute to next-generation 5G/6G Cloud RAN software development.

The ideal candidate should have strong C/C++ programming skills and hands-on experience in 5G CRAN (Cloud RAN) software development, debugging, integration and testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance and debug 5G CRAN / Cloud RAN software.
- Work on 5G RAN software development and testing.
- Apply strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills.
- Work on 5G Scheduler, L1 and L2 layers.
- Understand and implement 5G NR, 4G LTE and 3GPP specifications.
- Perform feature development, software integration, testing and code reviews.
- Work with test channel simulators such as VIAVI or equivalent tools.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and use JIRA for project tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Focus on software quality, continuous improvement and system-level engineering.
- Explore AI-driven development, AI agents and workflow automation.

Mandatory Skills




- Strong hands-on experience in C and C++ programming.
- Experience in 5G CRAN / Cloud RAN software development.
- Knowledge of 5G Scheduler, L1 and L2.
- Strong understanding of 5G NR and 4G LTE.
- Knowledge of 3GPP specifications.
- Experience in software development, debugging, integration and testing.

Positive to Have
- Experience with VIAVI or equivalent test channel simulators.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and JIRA.
- Experience in AI-driven development, AI agents and workflow automation.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
- Electrical Engineering
- Telecommunications or equivalent.
