We’re hiring a Cloud Infrastructure and Technical Assurance Lead for our client (Code Name:VECTOR) - VECTOR delivers trusted digital infrastructure solutions that empower financial institutions to transform property decisioning through AI-enabled technology and connected workflows.

As the Cloud Infrastructure & Technical Assurance Lead at VECTOR, you will play a senior technical role within the global IT Operations team, owning the governance, security, and operational resilience of the Azure cloud ecosystem. You will ensure robust, compliant, and scalable technology solutions for regulated financial services clients, representing VECTOR in technical discussions with banks, auditors, and senior stakeholders. The role requires hands-on Azure expertise, collaboration with engineering, architecture, and security teams, and a focus on delivering quality outcomes.

You will provide technical leadership, assurance, and support across the platform, driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide senior technical oversight of VECTOR's Azure infrastructure and security posture, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and operational standards.

● Review and maintain security and operational standards across Azure environments, collaborating with cloud and platform engineers to remediate issues.

● Represent VECTOR in customer architecture, infrastructure, security, and technical assurance discussions, translating customer requirements into internal actions.





● Administer compliance automation platforms, ensuring accurate technical integrations and evidence quality for ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, and related activities.

● Maintain clear, traceable technical evidence and documentation supporting security and compliance requirements, including technical runbooks and architecture documentation.

● Support audit and customer assurance programs, acting as a technical point of contact for auditors and customer security teams, and providing accurate technical evidence.

● Identify and document infrastructure and cloud security risks, supporting risk treatment decisions and coordinating remediation of vulnerabilities.

● Support technical resilience, backup, and disaster recovery processes, including validation of recovery procedures and improvements to platform availability.

● Work effectively across Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and Security, providing technical leadership and guidance to others.

● Lead and manage a small team, ensuring effective incident management and operational excellence.

Required Skills

● Strong hands-on experience operating production Microsoft Azure environments, including configuration and management of core Azure services.

● Practical understanding of Kubernetes, including RBAC, workload identity, network policies, cluster upgrades, ingress, container security, and container registries.

● Expertise in infrastructure security and governance, including identity and access management, key management, least privilege, logging and monitoring, privileged access, infrastructure hardening, network segmentation, cloud security posture management, and encryption.

● Demonstrated experience supporting ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, customer security reviews,



and regulatory technology assurance.

● Experience with compliance frameworks, specifically ISO 27001:2022.

● Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to bank technology teams, security teams, auditors, enterprise architects, risk teams, and senior stakeholders.

● Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, Azure CLI, PowerShell or Python, API documentation, authentication troubleshooting, and managed identities.

● Strong technical leadership, ownership of investigations, and ability to work with limited supervision.

● Experience in internal stakeholder management and leading a small team.

● Proven incident management skills in cloud environments.

Nice to Have

● CCSP certification.

● Experience with Terraform or Bicep for infrastructure as code.

● Familiarity with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.

● Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Defender for Containers.

● Experience with Azure Monitor at scale and CIS Benchmarks.

● Understanding of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework and APRA CPS

230 / CPS 234.

● Hands-on experience with Vanta, Drata, Sprinto, Secureframe, or similar compliance platforms.

● Experience supporting banks or regulated financial institutions.

● Experience leading BAU projects.
